WLC College India (WLCI) Employer Council Review

WLC College (WLCI), realizing the dire need for an industry relevant course content established a unique organization called the Employers Council (EC). Over 300 senior managers from the industry are part of this organization who provide important inputs in framing the course content namely in three disciplines of business course- Marketing, Finance and Human Resource.

WLCI invites its EC members regularly to provide their views and feedback about the organization.

Mr Nikhil Damle, an EC member says that, “This is a useful forum for employers to provide their feedback and inputs back to WLC. It will be interesting to hear back and maintain engagement to take ideas from the EC forward.

Another EC member Swati Bhatt shares her view about EC and writes, “The program was well conceptualized, designed and conducted. (It was a) learning experience as a participant with a lot of interactivity.’
